The new zoo is located in the area of Wan rong Forest Park in the southeast of the city. It is equipped with a sound barrier. It is adjacent to National Highway 104 and covers an area of 690 mu. The total investment is about 465 million RMB. An amusement park will be built inside. The new zoo will have three functions of ecological leisure, popular science education and modern entertainment. In addition to existing animals (animals in the zoo of the People’s Park), it will also add pandas, elephants, black bears, African lions and amphibians and reptiles.
The zoo provides a quiet rest environment for the giant pandas. The sound barrier is installed outside the giant panda hall. The sound barrier effectively reduces the noise and ensures the comfortable and comfortable living environment of the panda.
